1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vibrant Threads, website, bookings, plant orders, and stays. By using our services, you accept these terms.

2. Reservations & Bookings

• Booking confirmations require full or partial payment.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated at management discretion.

3. Cancellation

• Accommodation cancellations:
• 10 days before arrival: 100% refund
• 7–10 days before: rescheduling allowed, possible partial refund
• Less than 7 days before: no refund
• Plant and non-hotel orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

4. Refunds

• Refunds credited within 4–15 working days after approval (depending on payment method).
• In case of defective goods, refunds may be offered after verification.
• No compensation for cancellations due to events beyond company control (e.g., natural calamities).

5. Liability

Vibrant Threads isn’t liable for damages due to guest negligence or misuse. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your actions or breach of these terms.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• All disputes are resolved per Indian law, courts in lucknow.
• Mediation encouraged before litigation.
